It's probably more normal than abnormal but it's kind of disgusting. You have a LOT of bacteria and grime in your mouth in the morning. Doesn't your breath get bad?

  • I wouldnt just think of the pain u will have having tooth decay.Or u might end up with false teeth.u might evan have bad breath without realising.so Id brush them more often if I were u.

I only brush my teeth in the morning if I am going out. When I am off, I kind of forget because I don't need to do it before I go somewhere. I usually do it at night but if I don't I do brush in the morning.

Sometimes I don't brush in the morning because whenever I eat something after, it tastes bad.

I did it that way until I was about 16 and I have never had one cavity. I still don't like brushing in the morning since I will just be eating breakfast anyway so I just swish with mouthwash. However it is very important that you floss well after you brush at night so you don't have food rotting between your teeth.

Can't really brush in the mornings because my breakfast damn sure isn't going to taste like mint.. and can't really brush after breakfast since I eat breakfast in the car (so I can sleep later).. and who takes a toothbrush to work for after lunch? Brushing before bed is the only time it is ever convenient.. and even then, most people are tired and shit. Brushing before bed every single night takes dedication, but it is an investment in one's dental health that will pay off. More importantly, we should all stop eating/drinking sugar and processed nonsense bullshit.

I used to brush my teeth only in morning, and really only because morning breath is horrible. Lately though, I brush 2 or 3 times a day. But, then again.. I'm also using the whitening strips, so it's really more about getting my teeth white again.

Since when is this normal? I brush my teeth when I get up and when I go to bed. Brush your teeth twice a day. Do you leave the house like that? Does no one say anything about your breath?

You should probably try to get into the habbit of brushing both in the morning AND at night!
