I have a uncircumsized penis. I am able to sometimes pull the skin back and see the head and other times I can't. Should I still try to make it to where I always can? And I tried masterbating with it like that and it hurt. I dont know If that's a bad thing or not

    You should be able to pull the skin all the way back off the head. That's the only way you can really clean it thoroughly. Plus, yeah, it would really make masturbation difficult if your skin didn't retract enough. You tried masturbating with it...what? Pulled back? Not pulled back? The head on an uncircumsized male is much more sensitive than that of a circumsized male since it's not used to constant contact with other materials, like your boxers.
    If you can't always retract the skin, you should see a doctor because if you aren't able to clean it thoroughly you could develop an infection or at the very least it would be stinky for the ladies and no one wants that :(
