Is it normal this mannequin is weird?

A couple days ago my friend was shutting down her business, so she called some of her friends including me to come over and take what they wanted from what was left over. I got there late and by then everyone had already taken everything anyone would want to take, and what was left over was a mannequin. She apologized for not having anything left for me, and shrugged and said I could have the mannequin if for some reason I wanted it. Well, I came over this way to get something for free and by God I was going to get something for free, no matter what it was. I got it to fit in my van and left. The first sign something weird was happening was when I looked at it during a stop and noticed its head was facing me when I was pretty sure it wasn't before. I thought I just wasn't paying attention so I didn't care much. I started wondering out loud what the hell I was going to do with a mannequin. When I jokingly said to myself I'd put a hat on it and use it to drive in the car pool lane, I thought I heard something whisper "good idea!" coming from the mannequin. I looked at it. I might be crazy, but even though it has no eyes, I felt like it was looking at me. I guessed I was just hearing things and went home. I didn't know what to do with it so I just leaned it against the wall in my bedroom. When I walked out my door, I heard something whisper "bye". I didn't turn around to look. When it was time to go to bed, I heard something whisper "nice" when I took my pants off. I didn't turn to look at the mannequin, I didn't want to acknowledge what was happening, I just slept on my side away from the thing. When I woke up the next morning, I turned to the mannequin and noticed its head had turned to my bed. It was watching me sleep. Then it said good morning, and I could no longer deny it was talking to me. It has no face but I can almost see his smile. I was going to tell ask my friend about it but she disappeared. Now the mannequin talks to me all the time. He has such amazing stories and can do many things. He says once he gets to know me, he'll show me things beyond my wildest dreams. Help me! No, it's fine. I'm lying, I'm in trouble. No I'm not, stop saying such things. I like him. I got the best thing anyone's ever gotten for free.
