I recently saw strange documentary on you tube , I believe the persons name was Lindsay? I just remember his longer curly hair . He is a self proclaimed pedophile .. he admits he finds young girls attractive sexually and emotionally ( makes no sense to me ) sadly , he seems fairly intelligent so someone weak in character or intellect may find him making a bit of sense . He tries to explain and rationalize his choice as if it should be completely normal and why wouldn't it be .. all the reasons why what he feels makes sense and why it should be okay but it makes me wonder .... they can't be serious ? can they ... you think he truly believes that or it helps him sleep better at night knowing if he had the chance he would take advantage of a 6 - 12 year old without thinking anything of it . He actually believes he could have a full on relationship with them , they aren't just sexually appealing to him but he would want them as a partner? it seems pretty fucked to me .

That's why they say there is no curing a pedophile; he doesn't believe he is doing something wrong. He believes the children love him and enjoy his attentions.
Unfortunately, our society is too chicken shit to just eliminate these sickos for the benefit of everyone. Therefor, after they've served their time, they're right back in YOUR neighborhood.
Those who commit some crimes, like rape and pedophilia, should not be given another chance ever, to repeat their crimes, period. The repercussions of their crimes are just too devastating to the victims.
The world would be a better place without them.

How can you justify of committing an act on a person who has lacks the capacity to give genuine consent to part take in a sex act with an adult.

You just apply the same logics and allow children signing legal contracts for a mortgage.

  yeah pretty much , most times they get off with very short sentences and also they sit in protective custody . The victimize young kids , no one can protect them but yet when they go to jail .. they are protected ? I don't understand that

    In jail, I here that they go through hell with their fellow inmates. Basically, anyone that is charged with hurting a child in any kind of way goes through hell in jail. This is because many inmates of children of their own.
    
    What ticks me off is that outside of jail, parents who try to defend and protect their children can get charged! I don't understand this. There needs to be a law that allows parents to be parents and protect their children, or anyother like minded adult, for that matter. Even if they beat them to death, it should be legal.
    
    I'm a huge supporter of the legal system bringing back medieval torture for these blights of society. Go the extra step and broadcast it, make it a statement that this is what will happen if you commit these types of crimes.

      The unfortunate reality is , these people don't go through hell in jail like you might hear or we would like . I know that the odd time one of them get's caught up maybe during transportation or if he was misplaced in population possibly .. maybe someone in protective custody begins a fight or goes there purposely to get a hold of him . For the most part these guys identify themselves as sexual predators so that they jail can then separate them from population and put them in a protective custody unit or child molester unit but most prisons it's just p/c to save space . I hate the fact they are separated from population to be saved from the violent offenders or relatives of the children they abused . If they were in general population , the prisoners would very quickly prey on them like a shark and attack .. just like they did to children but since a lot of those attacks would result in deaths ( who fucking cares right? we sure don't ! ) they keep them locked up nice and safe until their pathetic little sentence is over . I believe in street justice for certain circumstances , this is one of them and yet the law will give a child of 14 years old 48 years in prison for a robbery or an assault or something .. ruin their lives .. give a third striker life in prison , take their life away for anything , even stealing a bicycle .. you stole a bike? life is gone , bye .. 25 to life in jail ... even though they do all this to people , they have some sort of sick protection law for these child molesters , rapists and murders of the victims . I also don't understand how a parent goes to jail for protecting their child from these people ? here in Canada our self defense law's are terrible , our other laws are very lenient but self defense laws here suck .

    Towards the end of his stay with us here at IIN, he was speaking more and more about his female body preferences, which were basically that of a 10 year old, describing the smooth genitals and all that, and in one post he was pretty adamant that it was ok to do sexual things with kids and that it wouldn't have negative repercussions for the child and that a lot of young girls play the victim and all that. Well Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13-year-old cousin. He met her when she was much younger. That killed his career. One of Mohammed’s wives was just 12. There are many cultures that arrange marriages of girls under the age of 10. In places like Vietnam if you are 17 and don’t already have 3 or 4 children, you are an old maid. Chances are, if this was on You Tube, It was just something to get your goat. Remember it is the Internet and most of the items on it are bullshit. I bet there were a lot of people commenting and tons of views. All that is missing is the “Bazinga”.

  it was some documentary / interview I suppose and it seemed to be legit . It was very clear he was into 9 year olds and stuff and thought it was perfectly normal and should be allow .. sharing all his knowledge and reasons why plus stuff about history and where it was okay before etc. it was really odd

  What you are generally describing is pertaining to adolescents. The OP is referring to prepubescent children. There's a big difference between a child and an adolescent in terms of sex. They're two entirely different issues. A child (i.e. prepubescent minor) does not understand what sex is and cannot consent to sexual activity, period, and there is no reason why a normal adult should be attracted to a child. Since they have no idea about what sex is, there is no way a child can consent, hence all sexual activity with prepubescents is rape. In fact, the DSM lists pedophilia is a mental illness. An adolescent (13/14 and on) is a biological adult and can understand the actual act of sex itself, but in many cases are be easily taken advantage of and may not fully understand the consequences. As a result, sexual activity with adolescents is either illegal (like it is in California) or there are extra legal ordinances and cultural taboos to prevent abuse and exploitation from happening (like it is in South Korea and Germany).

  It has nothing to do with not getting any with their own demographic. It is how a pedophile's brain is wired. That being said, they still have the choice not to molest children, and if they do, they deserve to have oral sex with a piranha.
