Is it normal there is so many group attack on this website?

Maybe I'm not looking for negative posts like that so I don't notice them too often but I do know they are here sometimes. Not all the time but they really show how shallow humans can be considering I think of this site as more intelligent than others. I will hear things like "Is it normal I don't understand why [insert negative thing here]?" and their post will basically say the same thing while expressing their own blind opinions. Its like, of course you don't understand because you can't understand anything that you don't like even if someone told you why they did. MLP, a foot fetish, video game choices, musical tastes and life ambitions all fall under that. And more than likely, those same posts will demonstrate selective hearing and argue against anyone who disagrees with them and thumbs up anyone who agrees. Just as OP and sailor said, I believe some people are unknowingly inviting problems and should stay off the internet if they can't handle criticism.

It's not really a big deal and it's not anything to be upset about. We all have likes and dislikes here.

I don't like most rap music and I don't understand how other people do. If I was less mature as a person, I might insult them, but I understand that others have interests too and my not liking them doesn't make them lesser people. Not everyone has that sort of maturity, especially a lot of the people from the usual age group that come on here.

I don't really see this happen often, but one thing that I think the OP should be aware of is that they are putting their opinion and or lifestyle on display they should be prepared for any negative response that may come up. Same thing for the user comments here actually. I will admit that that does sound messed up but I think that being harangued by people is something that you can't really control, but like I said I don't see group attacks on here often.

I go arround this website and I see lots of this.. In just my two days here. And yes I have seen counterfeit and Coolio at it as well as Stifler. Who I believe is Coolio as well. But anyways. The fact that there are so much group attacks on a single person just because nobody understands them or they are different Kinda pisses me off. Just either accept em or leave them the fuck alone.

It's just trolling. And besides, IIN would be boring without troll attacks. I don't think many are even slightly serious, and do you really care what a person who hates books thinks lol. They're just small time trolls who don't own trollin' like I do.

Buncha dumb dumbs. They haven't figured "it" out yet. Prolly ne'er shall.

I think a lot of people post to IIN just to create controversy, and I for one will rise to the occasion if the post merits it.
Of course, if a post is a well thought out and intelligently worded request for help and I feel I have something positive to contribute, then that is a different story.

But anyway, yes, I hate negativity. People should focus more on the positives rather sit there and dwell on the things they hate. I mean, that's all what the world needs, a little more positivity.
