Is it normal there is blood in my poo?

When I poop, it often hurts and feels sharp. Pooping can be very painful. Often blood comes out. The poops can be very wide and maybe just too big for my youknowwhatsit. I guess i should see a doc but been putting it off. Is this hemarroids? Or just a case of big hard poops that scrape the lining?

      Im relatively young, and my poops are big and sharpish...so the blood comes from a tear..

      But thanks for the advice, it has been on my mind

    I read that blood in your actual poo makes your poo black, so what you have isn't blood in your poo, it's probably coming from an anal fissure or haemorrhoids...eat more fiber so you're not shitting rocks.
