Alright, so, I just asked out on of my close acquaintances and right now I feel like I don't really like him anymore. I only 'like' him when I'm around him now. I constantly thought about him before, now I almost regret asking him out. I've noticed this a few other times as well, I like a guy until he asks me out or until I ask him out. is it normal that I do this?

    Having a crush on someone is different from being in a relationship or being in love. Infatuation is fleeting and short-lived.

    If that feeling is what you are after rather than companionship, then you will never be satisfied in a relationship.
