I FaceTime a girl most every night that just broke up with her boyfriend for cheating 2 weeks ago. It is rare that she wants to hang out in person and if she sees me with my shirt off or something on FaceTime ( I am built), she says put a shirt on.
You sound like one of those guys that would try to take advantage of a girl who is in an emotionally vulnerable state. Leave your shirt on you rabid dog.
She just broke up with a cheating bf 2 weeks ago. She's hurting, confused and probably not even sure of herself right now. I would suggest giving her space and time to heal before getting into anything with her.

every guy wants only 1 thing is to bang a girl but if u offer a good friendship over trying to bang her she might get more interested. Just try not to think of sex when you are with her, relax and treat her like you would treat your guy friends. joke around have something common to talk about and so on.
Also stop trying to impress her with your body, rather try complimenting her on her looks but not too much, enough to make her interested in you a little bit more
Dont rush into anything, 2 weeks, thats not a long time she's clearly not ready for another boyfriend yet
Oh please, that's not love it's just attraction, love takes years. Stop kidding your self, drop that zero and get yourself a real woman. Don't waste your time on one fickle girl who can't make up her mind.There are too many girls, out there, to get hung up on one you barely know.
