I have recently found out that a girl I like, likes me but when I asked her out she said no and that she isn't the dating type is that normal?

    It probably means shes just not into being with one person right now. She likes being single & doesnt want anything serious. Ive had times in my life where I felt the same way, & at least shes being honest about it. Move on...

    She is not into dating. She already explained this. She might have reasons for not wanting to DATE PEOPLE.

    She may have been raised to believe that dating is about sex and she should put that off. Why spend time with a guy who is just expecting sex when she has decided not to put out? Her option. Nothing wrong with it.
