Is it normal the bipartisan senators are on cheap drugs?

If you hadn't already heard about this in the news, the US bipartisan senators (one-percenters), are proposing a so-called immigration reform 'plan', in a veiled attempt to buy votes.
This 'framework', entails granting illegal immigrants a 'path' to full citizenship, while those persons who 'worked very hard' to enter the US legally, will be made to leave.
Also, is a delirious wish to 'tighten the very porous border', whatever that means.
They acknowledge that these illegal migrants, mow their lawns, serve their food, clean their homes and even watch their children! They even want to extend 'full benefits' to them!
Meanwhile, the persons who 'worked very hard' to enter the US legally, will be sent 'packing', after having to compete with all these illegals running around. And all this at a time when many American Citizens are out of work.
Now here's a thought:
How 'bout if they (the one-percenters) mow their own lawns, cook their own food, clean their own homes, and watch their own children, like many ordinary Americans do? Or, at least hire American Citizens or legal migrants to do these chores.
Please add your thoughts.
Is it normal the bipartisan senators are on cheap drugs?

Wait... so you're telling me politicians would do something morally questionable to get votes? That's outrageous!

nope. Illegal migrants refers to illegal immigrants (people entering a country illegally) or illegal emigrants (people leaving a country illegally.

I would contend that any member of government at the level of national senator could not possibly be on cheap drugs.

Rather they are on very expensive drugs that the taxpayers foot the bill for.

I did get a laugh out of this when I clicked on your profile, I see that you are conforming to rule #5. Sadly my government is too.
