My mom always follows me where ever it is I go. Just yesterday I had my friend (who is an experience private eye) check if my mom is stalking me he found enough evidence to make it a legal problem but at this point I didn't report it to the police. Me and my friend (not the private eye friend) and her sister were hanging out and my mom thought I was at a date (in a way she was correct). When I got home my mom cuffed me (with fake ones but it still needs a key to unlock)she said I was breaking a house law (yea I forgot my mom had "laws" I had to obey) she said I am under "resource arrest" which already is crazy. I called my friend up while i was cuffed and he sneaked in the window and busted me out. I now live with my friend (I'm 18 so no I'm not a minor) Me and my friend are planning on reporting this to the cops but my dad will return soon from his buisness trip should I wait? or should I report now? My friend has many guns and he has a basement with a bullet resistant door (don't ask why he has this much shit) so my mom won't dare to come here so I got plenty of time but should I gather all the evidence my friend got and what happened today and report on my mom now or should I wait?

      thanks for the comment. At this point in time my dad is back and I briefed him on whats going on they decided on a devorce. I'll probably contact the police too since dad highly encouraged it. Me and my firend decided to buy a house together and live together We knew each other since elementary so we're like brothers. Its probably better than me living alone.
