Is it normal that zoo animals are constantly doing it?

Everytime I go to the zoo, the animals are always having sex or playing with themselves. Maybe they are bored, but I'm wondering if I'm causing them to act out this way. I wonder because my boyfriend is always groping me and maybe the animals are watching. Is this normal?

    The only animals that have sex for pleasure are dolphins and humans. It's just instinct for the animals, so it's not caused by you and your boyfriend.

      Discovery has researched monkeys and they also have casual sex. Usually the alpha female has sex with the alpha male to re-enforce her standing in the group.

      That's not actually true, it's been proven many species have sex for pleasure or at least masturbate often. The whole "only dolphins and humans" thing is a myth. But nobody wants to really come out and say it like that because welll..what would people think of the person researching this? Haha. But if you research it you'll find it's true.

    I work at the zoo and see animals fucking 24/7 (ESPECIALLY the wallabies - one of them freaking rapes his daughter -.-)
    so its normal and NOT caused by you and your boyfriend - no worries.
