Is it normal that your very close friend would go on a long trip (more than a week) without telling you or even just saying goodbye at the last minute? does it imply that they want to distance themselves or is it just normal?
i don't like to tell my friends when i go on a trip because when i did they would be like ''ahhh you bitch!! you're so lucky you're family must be rich or somethin damn, i wish i could have a vaction blah blah'' and it makes me feel bad like i'm bragging :/
its their fu***ing privacy of their why would u have to go in them. think of they are aliens and would eat ur kidneys!!

if you two are close friends your friend should have told you. it is not normal to not tell your best friend or close friend. that'd be like my older brother not telling me he is going out of state for 2 weeks. dude i would be pissed at him for not telling me. i need to be informed because he is one of my best friends in my life.
that's not normal and it's messed up. my best guess is that he had something to hide from you? maybe he's banging your gf as well..
What did they have to hide from you??? I'd do the same to them, to see how they react.
Better to ask them when they come back. It's kind of weird. They could be angry about something and not saying it.
