Okay so my brother Is 16 and his gf came over to the house an showered with him not only am I furious but I'm aggravated because she disrespected the house and though it was okay to shower and lie to me telling me that she didn't ...... Should I be mad? I'm about to call her out ... What should I do?
Shut up. It was a shower, it isn't disrespecting anything, and unless it is your house that "you" pay for, you don't get to choose if she showers there or not.
Sounds to me like you may be jealous that your brother is showering with a girl, and that you aren't. May be wrong, but that's the impression I got.

Errm... why do you even care if she showered with your brother? It's perfectly normal to sleep and shower at your boyfriend/girlfriend's house.
They probably had sex in the shower, and she probably said she didn't say she took one because she is a little shy/embarrassed about the subject.
