Is it normal that whenever im nervous or put under pressure i cry?

i go into interviews and when they start talking about me and saying how i feel or asking how i feel, i start to well up and i want to cry but i have to hold it in. It's so embarrasing because they think im sad or the topic were talking about is sensitive but i just feel like crying . how do i stop it??

I do the exact same thing... when i get nervouse weather its from excitment or whatever I start to tear up and cant help it... doesnt mean im sad thats just a physiological response when my nerves take over.

That's totally normal. There's nothing to be embarassed about. People deal with things differently.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being sensitive, but you've got to pull it together girl!

Find someone - a friend or parent - and do a mock interview with them. Have them ask you all of the difficult questions that set you off and practice your responses. Once youdo this enough times, you'll build up a tolerance and it won't seem like such a big deal. Kinda like when you say the word pineapple a zillion times and it loses its meaning.

    Good luck!
