Whenever I masturbate, and orgasm, my face will get an intense burning sensation and then be extremely itchy; always. Sometimes it is also my entire body. I have good hygiene, clean all my sheets weekly at least, and sleep with a clean cotton pillow case every night.

    I noticed when I orgasm I hold my breath a bit and tighten my pussy up, which results in my face feeling hot and itchy then little red dots appear afterward on my neck and face! If I don't hold my breath then I can't orgasm so I live with it, though I don't know if it's healthy or normal :/ Ask your gynecologist when you go in for an annual exam.
