Is it normal that when someone plays with my hair, i become relaxed?

Every time some one plays with my hair my mind starts to go blank and it's extremely relaxing. The feeling that comes over me is like a tingling feeling and I can't really think very much or focus on anything. I enjoy the feeling a lot but I can't do it to my self, it's not the same. Also, even when it's someone spontaneously playing with my hair I feel no desire to stop them infact, it feels best when that happens.
