Whenever my ballsack gets really itchy and I scratch it, the inside of my left ear starts twitching quickly and making a thumping noise

Is this normal?

Am I a freak with fucked up wiring?

    If you what to find out if your wiring is fucked up then pay attention to when your ear itches - does your ballsack twitch? LMFAO!!!
