You're supposed to wear underwear....

Wareing sliders is the norm, but know many runners both men and women who don't where underwhere. It's like running shirtless (not topless) it feels weird at first, but eventually you will want to do it.

Ofcourse it's normal, most girls do this. Like, it would be "not normal (I would find it normal, society wouldn't)" if you didn't.
Wear whatever you want. I myself, prefer being nude in the privacy of my own home, And I wish society would accept me walking around without pants outside to be normal aswell.

Wear a thong with those shorts with built in panties. Yeah I know it's butt floss and blah blah blah but after a couple of times wearing them, you never go back! And your less hot and stuffy "down there".

Those short running shorts contain a built-in net "panty," so that you don't necessarily need to wear underwear with them. But I usually always wear underwear with my running shorts too, so no big deal.
