Yeah, that's what is confusing me about the post. If it was a weirdo pedophile talking about their fantasy it would be presented as present tense, but this person is speaking with an apparently nostalgic tone. This OP is a tough nut to crack.

"I wanted to be gaged[sic] and ice and tickle tortured."
The phrasing here seems to indicate that while this individual was tied up while they were 12-13, they were not 'gaged' nor were they tortured by ice or tickle.
This question would make a marginal amount of sense if viewed as a honeypot, but that seems unlikely due to the apparent low effort.
Alternatively, this person just sucks at English and doesn't understand how grammar works.
Look up "BDSM". I am wondering how the average 12-13 was able to get themselves in that type of situation. Then again, it's probably if I didn't know. It surprises me a little how if you liked it so much then, why now you don't engage in it.
