Is it normal that when i think about my past i cry

When I think about my past I cry tears of sadness and joy. Joy because I overcame a lot. But it's not like I'm stuck in the past. I acknowledged what happened. I am still mad at some people But just because I think about my past doesn't mean I can't think about now or the future.

Don't think about your past and cry. Think about your future and smile.

    Leave your past behind you.

When I think of my future, I start to cry, as I know the time, position, and where I'm going to die...

I cry when I think about my dad who died a few years ago. I cry because of sadness when I remember the moment he died but I also cry with joy when I remember all of the great moments we shared together. Its totally normal so don't worry about it :) We all have memories which mean a lot to us and some that are also difficult to forget. Its true - you do grow stronger from your past experiences.

its ok to cry as long as u know that in your future you will be wiser to not make the same mistakes that hurt you or except them from someone again either.now that u can c the warning signs before you get to attached.
