Is it normal that when i smoke weed my right arm hurts

i stopped smoking weed about three years ago. I smoked it every day without fail for years. I ended up giving it up because it was becoming detrimental to my health - you know, the usual stuff like paranoia, panic attacks and depression. Since then I have learnt to deal with all of this and I am a lot healthier now.

I now believe that all of these symptoms were underlying problems and not something brought on by the consumption of drugs. The reason Im giving you the back story here is just so that you understand I am by no means new to smoking and that its not something I'm imagining.

Anyways, on to the question. I started smoking weed again at Christmas, just as a nice little present to myself and I had no problems at all. Over the last couple of weeks though I've been getting uncomfortable aches and pains across my right peck and down my right arm, when I have a smoke it seems to amplify it. The pain isn't unbearable it's more of a mild annoyance.

Does anyone have any idea what this is or what I could do to prevent it? Oh and most importantly is it normal to feel odd aches and pains when high?

But have you ever thought about, like... why you have an arm? I mean, what does it all mean?

If it hurts without smoking, go to a doctor.

That "nice" was for flutterhigh, don't know what happened there.
So, after going to the doctors surgery this morning I now feel like a right tit! I recently discovered Terry Pratchett and have been totally hooked. Holding a book up for several hours a day coupled with till work and 4 or 5 hours a night of gaming is apparently a very good work out for your arm. All I need to do is rest it. Oh, and the weed was just drawing attention to it.

Wait, whose right tit do you feel like? Are we talking Scarlett Johansson or Barbara Walters?

Go to your doctor. Because of doctor/patient confidentiality, they won't call the cops on you or anything like that (my dad is a doctor, so you can trust me on that).

Heart condition. It might be a murmur. Have you had it playing sports?

I feel odd aches and pains a lot when I'm high. They'll sometimes be really intense pains in my head. Sometimes on the left side of my chest, or in the back of my neck as well. I don't know what it means or what's going on but it can't be good if it hurts right?

Maybe you're so high that you don't notice you're injecting yourself with heroin too
