Is it normal that when i sit down my ovaries hurt?

The title pretty much says it all,but as I'm sitting down my ovaries ache and get sharp pains. I do have cysts and painful periods.but this pain isn't all the time.maybe a few days every month.iin? What's wrong?

    I get that, too. I assume it's ovulation pains.

        It sucks. If you're worried, go see a doctor but I'm 90% sure that's what it is. Mine feel like they're doing jumping jacks sometimes.
