    I think you just made a couple of men on this site cry.

    I wouldn't make it a habit to do this. I mean, in an emergency women'll do it, but not regularly.

    Healthier than tampons that's for sure ,cant say much for the flow

    Why not? It will do fine just as long as you aren't having any overly heavy flow, at which point it could get messy.

    In the old days they used rags to soak up the menstrual fluid. Hence the phase "she's on her rag." So yes, it's normal. :)

    I've done it in an emergency until I can find a pad, but that's not something you can keep on for very long, unless you have a ridiculously light flow..

    BUY SOME PADS OR SOME PAD ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT I KNOW THEY MAKE MORE NATURAL PRODUCTS THAN WHAT IS INCESSANTLY ADVERTISED ON TV
    CHANGE THEM REGULARLY
    NOBODY IS GOING TO FORCE YOU INTO A TAMPON, I PROMISE
    CHANGE YOUR UNDERWEAR EVERY DAY TOO, WHY NOT
    IF YOU DON'T MAYBE CONSIDER SOME SORT OF HEDGE MAINTAINENCE, COULD HELP WITH THE WHOLE ITCHING THING

    I use paper when i´m alone. Its cheaper and i honestly don´t see the issue if you change it 1-2 times an hour-If im to spend time with my boyfriend though i do use proper things to save him from mess.
    Maybe i´m just REALLY disgusting ...:[

      I don't exactly know from experience, but that doesn't sound 'disgusting' to me, per se, and it definitely doesn't make you a gross person. I mean, everyone uses TP to wipe up way grosser stuff daily, right? Just don't feel bad about it.

        Haha, oh i don't feel bad about it at all. It's cheap and for some reason it's more comfortable for me than any other products 0.o Tampons dries me out and the other crap makes it itch like fuck. I can't be the only one that hates them xD

    Emergency situations. Use tp and run out to go get what you need asap. Don't just use it like it's a replacement lol...

    I would not do this on a regular basis, but I have done it in the past. Make sure that you buy yourself feminine products whenever yours run low. Better safe than looking like a murder scene occurred on the seat of your pants :P

    If I was a woman, I'm sure I'd do the same. Feminine hygiene products are quite a modern invention and women used to make their own arrangements all the time.
