Well the title says it all when I masterbate (wank), I bleed and some times a little bit of puss comes out of the end of my penis.
I was recently on holiday and did have intercourse about 4 times with different women without using protection could this mean I have an STD? Help please....

OP, you need to stop being immature and go to the damn doctor! When was this story posted? One or two weeks ago, right? The longer you prolonged this the more harm you'll do to your tree. Are you scared of doctors? That's normal, but this is getting out of hand. You knew it wasn't normal when you posted this, and now you refuse to face The facts! There's something seriously wrong with it. A dick shouldn't be bleeding and nor should it be exploding (yes, it's possible). It could be infected. What if it become gangrenous?! Then you'll have to see a doctor and they'll most likely have to chop it off!!! Do you want To be plagued with that grim possibility?! Well, do you?! My point is, get over your fears and take care of this!!!
I've tried to stop and haven't in the last couple of days I will definitely go and see the doctor very soon.

Regardless, of your "embarrassment" you need to go. Remember, chances are that your doctor seen worse and more embarrassing cases than you. Keep telling yourself that and it'll be fine. Besides, if you prolong on not going it could get worse. Bleeding and puss are not the best of signs.

When skin bleeds it's usually damaged somehow. If I where you I'd stop masturbating for a while, and go to the doctor.
