That sounds epic! You should defiantly draw it. It never occurred to me that it was the ocean with laser beams.

I usually picture it as a huge chair that some fantasy looking woman is relaxing on at the bottom tip.

I think of a quarter of the moon.

I don't know if it's normal, but there's something very captivating about that image. It reminds me of a celestial magnetic horseshoe or fishing net. Maybe the next step would be for the crescent to grow more powerful and beam up the 'catch of the night' into its embrace.

When people look at a sea of possibility it is usually flooded with our imagination. Personally, when I look at a crescent moon I usually imagine a beautiful witch staring back at me with her broom at hand.
