My period cramps are horrible. Sometimes I end up curling and rolling on the floor because it hurts too much. I take an ibuprofen in advance the first day now because it's when it hurts the most (even if some people say i shouldn't do that, i dont care, it's either this or dying in the middle of the class). When i'm home, a hot water bottle is also good and makes my pain disappear a little bit.

Period sucks. and i hate that i always feel like crying the day before i'm gonna come on my period. Like, somebody says "Wait a sec" and I'm already thinking "They dont wanna talk to me! they dislike me"...

They're called cramps, sweetie. Ibuprofen, as suggested above, will help.

When you are young it is difficult and a lot to get use to.
But women don't stay home from work for a few days once a month! Mum's don't stop looking after their kids, and just cry once a month!

Yes take pain killers, but don't over dramatize something that you need to continue normally even when you have it.

Its true that some women find more pain than others. And a doctor may be able to prescribe some excellent pain relief or alternative.

But don't cry, seek help, get advice, and ask Mom or Dad to help you somehow. Your Mom may have been exactly the same at your age.

take some ibuprofen. that pain is referred to as "cramps".

if the ibuprofen doesn't help enough, try a heating pad on your lower back.
