Is it normal that when i go to the store

well every time that I go to the mall or some store and see something that I like I immediately want it no matter what even if I don't need it and let's say I saw some shoes that were expensive i will some how figure out a way to get them i will raise money by myself sell stuff until finally i have them my mom gets mad at me she says it bad that i will do anything i to get what i want IDK Is it normal??
