After i ejaculated i coudnt poop idk why i think its becuase the muscles are tight or something. Pleas help iv bin depresed about it and i quit it. I just want to know if its normal. I still habe trouble pooping.

    I've noticed you also have problems with your spelling.
    Try pooping before you ejaculate.
    Problem solved.

    This is bizarre. Go to a doctor. Or, if you are on the more adventurous and kinky side, you could try putting a dildo or butt plug up there to stimulate yourself into passing a bowel movement.
