Is it normal that ur in a relationship without knowing it

So on Facebook this weird guy I was unaware wen I added him as a friend, tagged me on a post. Intrigued i clicked on it and it said, in a relationship with me.... O.o I don't recall being in a relationship with him... I even commented and said to take it out and he's like, but honey u wanna break up?! Is it just me or does this not creep the he'll out u... Btw I blocked him
