Is it normal that too much 7-up gives me heartburn?

    It could be the unhealthy ingredients or the caffeine content.

      There's no caffeine in 7up. It's simply because soda is highly acidic.

    It gives me heartburn too. Although I can't remember the last time I had 7-Up specifically. But all soda with high fructose corn syrup does. Just a few sips of that crap makes me ill. If I drink half a can I will vomit foam. It's pretty gross.
