Is it normal that toilet paper doesn't thoroughly clean the anus?

Sometimes when i take a huge dump or when it smears all over the cheeks i find that toilet paper does not clean off all the crap that didnt hit the toilet. As a result you have some crap left in around the anus just lubercating your cheeks when you walk while you go about your day, resulting in severe diaper rash. It just me or do they need to have wet wipes as an alternative to regular toilet paper? What do you guys think?

    If you shit really fast, it'll shoot into the toilet and splash yout ass cheeks. Save you some work

    Man I hate it when that happens. I prefer to use baby wipes (you can buy them in huge packs, it's great), but I can't always get them when money is tight. I just keep wiping and flushing with dry toilet paper until most of it is gone. In extreme cases, I use washcloths and then throw them away afterwards.

    I put water on the paper, whipe with it, then take dry paper, whipe.

    Always works.

    when the toilet paper wont wipe crap it takes as much as i need i don't care if its 200 sheets and clogs the toilet and overflows dam cheap skates. if there really cheap the toilet is out of order the next day.

    You need to take a trip to the feminine hygiene department.

    They now market moist wipes for adults, and include travel style so you can bring it with you.
