Is it normal that time left on the microwave drives me crazy?

You know what I mean. Someone uses the microwave and decides their food is done warming up before the time runs out and then they don't hit clear!!!! Ahhhhh! How am I opposed to know what time it is when the microwave clock reads :46 ?

I was being dramatic about not being able to tell what time it was because someone didn't clear the microwave time. However, it is the only clock in my kitchen since my oven is 123937 years old and doesn't have a working clock on it. Yes I can push clear but that's the whole point of this IIN post... Come onnnnn guys why so serious

I sometimes forget but yea you should clear it, thats why theres a clock on there so you can clear it and have a clock in your kitchen! you just don't have to get all upset about it, you can't control other peoples actions, just clear it yourself. Others might not clear it on purpose if they know it bugs you this much.

My sister hates this, I don't really care all that much and though I live on my own I still clear the clock because I think of her!

Go push the clear button. Is the microwave your only source for time? I'm sure you can find something else to tell time.

lol, you'd be okay in my house. I don't like overcooked food so I always underestimate the time on the microwave. Then I keep going back to it, cooking for smaller and smaller times as it gets closer to being cooked. The last iteration is usually only 5 or 10 seconds and there's no point not letting it tick down to zero.

P.S. You could always wear a watch.
