Is it normal that this website almost killed me?

Sometimes while reading the funny and or made up posts, I start laughing uncontrollably and since I'm not home alone very often, I have to control myself. I end up nearly choking/smothering to death because of all the laughter that is being stifled. One time, I had the wind knocked out of me because of it and still couldn't stop laughing.

    Well I got a death threat on this site for politely disagreeing with someone. Which was shocking.
