Is it normal that this happens when i work out?

Everytime I work out, (running, machines, jogging, anything heavy, etc.) I'm ok for a few minutes but after then my head starts to throb, my ears hurt/popped and I can barely stand to even be there and work out for much longer and it's REALLY holding me back from working out to my full potential! Does this happen to anyone else? And if it doesn't happen to someone else, have you figured out a way to help?!

That sounds like your blood pressure is spiking way too high. See a doctor immediately about that. Very high risk of a stroke if you let that go. Best of luck.

Definitely blood pressure. You HAVE to cool down after treadmill! Use the preporgrammed cool down, or just walk slow for 5 minutes. Everyone's blood pressure increases during a workout, but you need to watch it. And stay hydrated! But as penpal21 said, your blood pressure is spiking too high; see a doctor.

Agree this is commonly caused by blood pressure issues and you should check with a doctor. Left unchecked high blood pressure can lead to many serious issues.

When I used to Exercise, it got to the point where I couldn't take it anymore. I would start getting sick. I'd have to stop because I'd feel like I was going to get diarrhoea and vomit.

Don't keep pushing it. Definitely see a doctor ASAP!

I don't know of anyone who experiences this. If I were you, I'd talk to your doctor about it and they can refer you to someone who can get a better in-depth look at what's causing your pain.
