This soccer player was celebrating and decided to kiss repeatedly his son, he seemed uncomfortable, it was very creepy to watch.

It seemed a little overboard to us, but it IS a different culture. I can't say the kid looked horrified or anything.
I don't think it was sexual in nature at all if that's what you're implying, here. If that seems normal to Chilean culture, then our opinions really don't matter much.
I understand that you are trying to be open and consider that it might be something normal in an other culture. That's very important.
The thing is, I'm from Southamerica and I can tell you this is not out culture AT ALL. All of us watching the game were taken by surprise, and even disgusted.
I've heard of men kissing on the lips in Russia, and it might be normal in other countries, but certainly not around here.
I don't think it necessarily qualifies as a sexual abuse, I think it's inconsiderate to do this to your own child, just to show off your emotions. It's totally disrespectful. And again, as someone from THAT culture, and my friends that have seen this, it's horrible to watch.
I personally think it's HORRIBLE, and cannot understnad how this hasn't been noticed. I've seen some media defend this saying "some people complained but of course they didn't realize it was his own son" SO? I still think it's disgusting.
And yeah, some cultures do that, even some people in America do it as a joke (I'm thinking actors celebrating Oscars or something), but those are short funny kisses between adults, this guy went crazy and you could see the disgust in the poor kids face.
I mean yea it's normal in some cultures but those looked like sloppy ones. Definitely sorry for that poor boy.
