I went to a concert yesterday with my best friend. We were in the queue outside and began talking to a random guy and girl ( couple) . As we kept talking , it was mostly me and the guy talking and maybe even slighly flirting, like making little jokes at each other , poking fun at each other. Then when we got inside, we were all joking and i put my hand on this guys shoulder, i was demonsrating how to be tall , lol and then 5 minutes later he said ''I know , i should tickle the tall girl! '' [im very tall] , so then he started tickling my waist like full on his arms kind of around me for literally 20 seconds. Was he kidding with me or flirting ? I noticed him looking at me a few times too..yet every 5 minutes or so he would give his girlfriend a peck on the cheek..i was attrated to the guy so i'm curious was he flirting or just kidding around?

      make that two of us! what an as**ole (him-not only he was flirting with you, he did it IN FRONT of his gf), what an idiot (her-that she dates such an as**ole and does nothing about it) and what a...ok it's rude, so i will not insult you, but... i think the worst of girls who do that - flirt with a guy who is in a relationship AND in front of his girlfriend. That's so cocky/shameless....i don't know what else to say! How would you feel?

    He was definitely flirting but he is just a player. Not worth any time. I feel bad for his girlfriend. You're lucky you don't have to deal with that. Housing deserve a cheater
