Is it normal that this girl is talking to me more then usual?

So about a week or 2 ago this girl was the meanest girl ever! She would yell at me and hit me for no reason. I have to admit I really liked her so it really hurt me that she would do that. So I stopped talking to her, then all of a sudden this week she was so nice to me. I don't know why but is it normal?

    Ask her out but tell her, "NO HITTING" and make sure she understands.

    She's probably nervous because she likes you. Or she could be pulling your leg. I'd say just ask!

    She might be coming to the realization that you don't have to and won't put up with her crap anymore. If I was you though, I would be very weary of letting your guard down and being friends with her again. She sounds like the crazy type to me and you might end up just getting hurt again. Anyway, she doesn't have the right to hit you for no reason and you certainly shouldn't have to put up with it.
