This girl recently added my boyfriend and she's been messaging him and she frequently calls him papi. I know its a Spanish word for dad but this girl isn't even Spanish and he doesn't even know her. He's not a dad either, lol. So um yeah. I hope she isn't hitting on him in some weird way.

There's something afoul going on here. "Papi" is a what Latino prostitutes often call their Pimp Daddy. I can think of a few explanations for this:
1. She's a strange slag that's flirting with your boyfriend.
2. She having an affair with your boyfriend.
3. Your boyfriend is secretly a Latino Pimp Daddy. He's rolling in the dough from those hoes!

I've never heard it like in this post, however in Australia we have a similar terms to with 2 meanings. My ol'lady can refer to either my wife or my mum, and my ol'man refers to my father or a woman may use it describe her husband. All are affectionate terms.
