Is it normal that this funny video makes me cry?

Ok, this video is actually just a song with a horrific image, that looks like it could be the artwork for the single/song.
It's a mash-up, consisting of vocals by Majela Zeze Diamond (apparently quite famous on YouTube, although I haven't heard of her until now), and the beat consists of Justin Bieber's "Baby".
But fear not, Bieber cannot be heard anywhere on the track.

Basically, whenever I hear this song, I start to tear up, and by the time she starts rapping about how she lost her virginity at the age of 13 I'm bawling. I understand it's suppose to be funny, which is why I'm concerned as to why I may be crying. So yes, I know it's abnormal, but I just want to know if anyone else experiences this or could explain why this may be happening ?
