Is it normal that this commercial drives me nuts?

There's this commercial for Clorox wipes that makes me so mad!! There's a grandma who is babysitting kids, she has made 2 raw chickens into puppets and is dancing them around on the coffee table. The mom comes home and just kinda shrugs it off and wipes up the mess.

Sorry, but WHAT??!! If I came home to this, I would've been FURIOUS! Who does this? Who wastes 2 entire chickens for bullshit like this? Who dares play with raw chicken in my fucking living room? I would've killed that old senile bitch! Well maybe not killed her but I certainly would take her to a home for the senile after I made her clean up the mess and pay me back for the chickens she ruined. I wouldn't just shrug it off and clean up after her.

I don't think this is a very effective commercial since it seems like I'm more confused and agitated over the whole BIZARRE thing, it's so unrelatable. Seriously, would you be OK walking in on this situation, does it seem "normal" to you?

    Hahaha! The advert got me a little bit of amused, but reading this is much funnier. Especially because I thought the old person was a man! Watching it back, it still seems like a man to me, which is making me laugh. Particularly when he/she goes "aha"!:D Are you sure it's not a man? Also, what sort of greeting is that anyway?

    Mother: Hello
    He/she person: Aha!

    Hahaha, this is really making me laugh! I love stuff like this. But yeah, wiping the table because raw chickens have been dancing on them isn't exactly an everyday scenario.:P Although, I think they got their point across. People getting annoyed by ads isn't anything ridiculously weird, though. It happens to me all the time, I hate how manipulative they are.

    And I feel like such an awful person for finding this part funny, but now that you mentioned her/him being senile, this is seriously cracking me up. Haha, oh deary! I'm favouriting this post.xD

      It's a Pat like from Saturday Night Live. It was a character that you couldn't determine it's gender.

    Oh, yes, that one. I hate it too just like I've hated some other clorox commercials in the past. But its not just clorox, I've been noticing that allot of commercials are bad. Look at those Lunchables commercials, some of them are so creepy!

    I hate that commercial because I'm a germophobe and the way that that raw chicken was handled makes my skin crawl.
