So, I know that girls boobs aren't the same size, one is generally smaller than the other, but mine are extremely different, one is about a B and the other is a D. Also, is there any suggestions to hide the difference?
Sometimes I like small boobs and sometimes I like big boobs.

First get them checked by a doctor. If there are no tumours, then they are healthy and normal, just different. Go to a lingerie shop and talk privately with one of the ladies there and explain the situation, they will help you with a bra to hide it and recommend padding on the smaller side to make them look even under clothes.
For surgical options, there are two: have the larger one reduced with liposuction; or have the smaller enlarged with an implant. The implant option will make them feel different; reducing the larger one is a better way to go, will make them feel equal and will also help prevent back issues from the weight.

Id suggest a trip to the doctor to check this out you may have a massive cancer lump in one

Mm that is quite a difference, but i wouldn't mind. If it bothers you though, get checked out just to be safe, you could have a surgery to correct it or just stuff your bra
also bras with removable paddinq would help then you could remove one :D good luck

Wow, I never knew that was even possible at that level, it's a pretty big difference:S I would definitely go to the doctor. Even if you do hide it, what do you plan on doing when you become intimate with someone?
All breasts will be different sizes but in your case, it is too much of a size difference to be normal. It doesn't mean there is something seriously wrong with you, it might be just the way you are but see a doctor just to check.
You could hide the difference by wearing a chicken fillet in the smaller breast to pad it out a bit. But I think the best option for you will be surgery since the difference is so extreme. Chicken fillets won't help you that much.

But D and B is a drastic difference and would be noticeable to everyone. That's very unusual.
Um that's a bit extreme but if you're a teen then I guess they'll eventually become more compatible as puberty takes its course. The easiest thing to do would to just have a d size bra and stuff the b boob to match. Or instead of stuffing just fold a sock in half and insert it on the side of the tiny tit in the cup. It gives it an extra boost and might better match it's big sis. Hope this helps!
