Whenever friends ask me what type of guys I like, I can't answer it because I don't have a fixed type. Some say cute guys, some say smart etc but I can like very different guys. My last crush can be totally different from the next one. From a matured, smart and gentlemanly one who is 20 years older to a young metrosexual stylist. Is it normal?
*Some people have a preference based on a certain characteristics: A "Type"
*Others don't have a "type" because they're open to anything and everything.
*Then there are some that don't have a "type" because their preference is too specific to be related to any generalisation.
It's called tryin different things and not bein picky . What's so bad about giving everyone a chance .... A lot of people can't do that I know I can't I'm attracted to women who I think can out smart me .
It is pretty normal.
When women talk about their "type", they are more referring to the kind of guy they would ideally want to be with, not the kind of guy they NEED to be with. I have dated everywhere from massive jock athletes to nerdy braniacs like my husband and if someone asks me what my type is, chances are, the qualities that I will list will be way off in describing at least one person that I have dated.
You just haven't found your soulmate yet. You will no exactly what you want when that time comes
That's normal, I don't have a fixed type either. A lot of people have preferences (dark hair, blue eyes, tall,... whatever), but I don't know anyone who restricts his romantical partners to a certain type.
Well being a guy I think when your friends ask you that tell um to firetruck off
Maybe you just like having a partner. But maybe you don't need one right now? My take on it is your parter should do something for you that you can't do for yourself, and vice versa.
I'm the same way. Every guy I've ever liked has been different in some way from the last.
