I've been having some 4 or 5 white patches around my penis. And even between my thighs. It looks like how it will be when you scratch a dry skin and white mark will be left behind. Is it because i mastrbate and leave my fluid in my innerwear? Pl advice! Its been bothering me for like 1 / 2 years...
