Is it normal that the time goes by so slow when youre high?

Whenever I smoke, I start freaking out because I feel like the time that I see on my phone is like an hour behind cause it goes by so slow so if its like 1 30 and i see its only 12 30 but I can't tell cause high! OR scarier is when you check the time and it feels like it's been at least 15 minutes since so you check the time again and it's only been a minute !? You've got to be kidding I say to myself. I don't know if this is normal when you're high.

    Yes its normal, What marijuana does is slow the brain receptors and slow the nerve cells connecting to the brain. I can personally tell you time goes so slow when you smoke weed at night. During the day it has a different effect because the light receptors in the brain are more active then when you are smoking at night.

    Yeah that's normal. One time I was so high, that it felt like an hour passed by, then I look at my iPhone, and only 4 minutes passed!
