Is it normal that the shape of my nipples are constantly changing?

So basically all around I see women who aren't wearing bras and you can see through their shirts to their popping out nipples, and they don't go away. Mine on the other hand go "soft" and round instead of being out there all the time and I'm just wondering how normal that is?

    Normal.

    Mine are often "relaxed" when they're warm, and they shrink up and turn into tight little buds when cold or aroused.
