Is it normal that the only thing that makes me angry is a video game?

Okay so I'm a gamer. Not Hardcore or anything but I really enjoy playing video games. I am laid back 99% of the time and nothing seems to irritate me I even speak in a low calm voice (People always seem complain about how low I speak). But as soon as I pop in a video game and something happens that I don't like for example dying when trying to do something or in a driving game and having some civilian driver hit my car after I just got it repaired, or having the game freeze when I'm in the middle of something. I go into a boiling rage I mean I have literally broken Game controllers, discs and even punched my console once almost broke it because of this. Is this normal? Like I said I'm calm 99% of the time. This is literally the only thing that really makes me angry.

    Gaming shouldn't be the ONLY thing that makes you angry, so I would say it's not normal. What if someone punched you in the face, would you be angry then?

    Normal. I wouldn't say gaming is the only thing that makes me angry, but it's the only thing that pisses me off on a regular basis. I haven't broken any controllers or snapped any discs (yet) but I've been tempted to do it.
