Is it normal that the landlord 'drunk dials' us?

Our landlord is a nice guy and everything but a couple times a month he drunk dials us. We're not close, more like acquantances. He just randomly calls and jibber jabbers for a while about this and that. IIN?

(it doesn't bother us, just wondering if it is normal)

    It may not be normal, but I don't see it as a bad thing. he's probably a very lonely guy

    Yea its normal sounds pretty hilarious as well. Does he only do this while drunk otherwise he might just be lonely or want to be friends.

    He might be lonely, as some of the other users said. He might see you like a friend. Or, your number might happen to be right in front of him when he gets drunk.
