Is it normal that the idea of poos not needing wiping is an epiphany?
Within the last couple of years, my interest in healthy eating has led me to notice that if I eat with some restrictions that I consider healthy, I hardly need to wipe when going number two in the bathroom (as in there not really being anything visible to wipe away).
Earlier on in my life I have, of course, noticed that some poo sessions require more wiping than others and some not much at all, and I know I have had an understanding that some foods can have an effect on the nature of the poo.
However, I believe I have not had the understanding that I harbour now, i.e., that a healthy diet is associated with 'clean' poos.
So my question is, is it common knowledge that healthy eating yields wipe-wise easy poos, or is it justified that it has been a bit of an epiphany for me?
