Is it normal that the idea of poos not needing wiping is an epiphany?

Within the last couple of years, my interest in healthy eating has led me to notice that if I eat with some restrictions that I consider healthy, I hardly need to wipe when going number two in the bathroom (as in there not really being anything visible to wipe away).

Earlier on in my life I have, of course, noticed that some poo sessions require more wiping than others and some not much at all, and I know I have had an understanding that some foods can have an effect on the nature of the poo.
However, I believe I have not had the understanding that I harbour now, i.e., that a healthy diet is associated with 'clean' poos.

So my question is, is it common knowledge that healthy eating yields wipe-wise easy poos, or is it justified that it has been a bit of an epiphany for me?

It's common knowledge that a good diet makes wiping almost unnecessary 2

So your epiphany is a piece of shit. You have short horizons.

Poo is the soft smooth stuff that smears on your ass when you wipe.

Poop is the firmer turd capsules that shoot out, splash in the toilet, and need hardly any wiping.

    • I was not aware of that distinction. I used the word as a reference to bowel movements/feces in general.

        It's all very scientific.

A healthy diet also reduces the smell of shit.

If your feces isn't soft and in need of a wipe, you're constipated.
