Is it normal that the gusset of my trousers gets so gross after one day?

I'm female and in my thirties.

In more detail, my issue is that unless I am wearing heavy jeans I can almost guarantee that the gusset of a formerly clean pair of trousers/pants will smell like a public toilet by the end of a fairly inactive day.

Does anyone else experience this? Is it normal?

For contextual info, I shower and change my underwear daily. I am averagely overweight for a British/American woman but not obese. I don't have urinary incontinence or leakage issues and I do my pelvic floor exercises nearly every day. Most of my weight is on my legs and I get chafing when I bare my legs, or if I wear very thin tights/panty hose.

I hate only being able to wear trousers for one day when it's winter and I'm not even sweating. What gives?

That sounds terrible. I think you should probably lose weight...

Is this just a very polite way to ask about swamp ass ?

Not my area of expertise but I know you ain’t supposed to wear anything that touches intimate skin that isn’t 100% cotton

If it's just sweat, then you have two options. The first is to lose weight, since that's probably contributing. The second is to start powdering up down there. Make sure to use stuff made for women, though.

Of course, you could also try wearing looser, more breathable clothes if your normal clothes are causing you to sweat too much.

You clearly do have leakage issues.

I get swamp crotch when I’m ovulating. It’s a literal week of just ridiculous moisture.

I wear a panty liner during this time. You should give that a go if you wanna save your pants from getting dirty in just one day. Like someone else suggested wear looser clothing and I’d try and change your diet just for fun. I’ve said it before on here, fucking lemonade made my goodies smell awful. So it was one simple thing to cut out.

Are you in menopause, because it sounds like you sweat a lot?
